Just launched update 1.01

Fixed some small typos and a small bug, where the abolishment would have no special screen and interactions. Now, when you bring an end to slavery, you access a one-time window that offers new decisions and more interactions to show how the nation reacts.

Also got rid of some extra files that had no real use.
